How to Ping from TrackDrive to Ringba (RTB)

The TrackDrive traffic source account can ping a Ringba buyer's Real-Time Bidding (RTB) endpoint before bridging a call. Ringba returns a bid; if accepted, TrackDrive overrides the buyer's Number, Duration, and Revenue with the values in the ping response and bridges the call to Ringba's assigned DID.
This guide is the RTB counterpart to how_to_post_data_trackdrive_to_ringba_ide. The IDE article covers non-bidded direct posts; this article covers the ping-based real-time bid flow.
Step 1 (In Ringba): Provide the RTB URL
Ringba supplies an RTB URL that includes a token segment. TrackDrive substitutes that token on a per-buyer basis. The URL shape is along the lines of:
https://rtb.ringba.com/v1/production/REPLACE_ME.json
Identify the token segment. TrackDrive will replace it per buyer in Step 3.
Step 2 (In TrackDrive): Copy the RTB Buyer
Template
In the TrackDrive traffic source account, open Campaigns > Buyers and click the blue New From Template button. In the template dropdown search for Ringba and select:

Click Create. TrackDrive copies in a buyer pre-configured with a PING-type Conversion Setting
and webhook parameters ready for Ringba RTB.

Step 3 (In TrackDrive): Replace REPLACE_ME and Fill In Buyer Attributes
Edit the copied buyer. In the Conversion Settings, replace the REPLACE_ME segment with the RTB token from the URL Ringba provided.
Set the standard buyer attributes to match the Ringba buyer's contract:
- Number - the DID Ringba assigned leave as is if you want to call buyer on the phone number supplied in a successful Ping response, if it's a static DID remove the path by going to conversion settings under Telephone Number Path
- Buyer ID - internal identifier.
- Name - display name.
- Time Zone - the buyer's business time zone.
- Paused - Click on the green button to Start when buyer is ready to receive calls
By default the response from Ringba is checked to confirm the bid is accepted. On accept, the buyer's Number, Duration, and Revenue are all overridden with the values in Ringba's ping response.
