Forwarding Types

A number can forward incoming calls to several kinds of destinations, controlled by its forwarding type:

  • Offer - Route to an offer's call flow. The standard use case for tracking numbers.
  • Buyer - Route directly to a specific buyer, bypassing the offer's buyer selection logic. Used for direct-forwarding scenarios.
