FaqsWhen You Need IP Whitelisting
To ensure that your communication infrastructure doesn’t block communication with TrackDrive,
we encourage you to whitelist IP address ranges and ports on your firewall for SIP signaling and RTP media traffic.
NOTE: TrackDrive also makes use of Plivo IP Addresses as well, please also whitelist the corresponding categories listed on Plivo IP WhiteListing Article

IP Whitelisting For Outgoing Webhooks
If your system requires IP whitelisting to receive outgoing webhooks from TrackDrive, please add the following IP addresses to your allowed list:
- 107.20.98.18
- 18.206.29.31
- 18.215.210.118
- 34.235.187.219
- 34.237.158.173
What About Inbound
Inbound webhooks (postbacks into TrackDrive) and the public API endpoints accept requests from any source IP and rely on the company access token for authentication. There is no IP restriction on inbound Traffic by default.
